Jai Shree Krishna
Ranjanji, Pichavai is the back drops of complete saaj. Saaj includes Singhasan's vastra and gadi and takiya vastra.
Pichvai really is depicting the event or manorath as per that day's utsava.
If it is Daan ekadashi, then one can put a pichvai where a scene for daan eka dashi is depicted. There is a slight variance in puting Pichvais on other occassions as this varies from Guru Ghar to Guru Ghar. So Please consult your Guruji or vaishnavs of your Guru Ghar.
Send me a private message regarding your Guru Ghar and perhaps we could help you to get pustak of your Guru Ghar where daily pichvais are described.
The general rules are the pichvais are a simple back drops in plain colours for most of the time but on Utsava one does have paintings on the backdrops depicting the Utsava. _________________ Dasa nu das
