Jai Shri Krishna,
Good Unnatiji that is correct.
Yes, There are 24 Ekadasis , plus 2 extra which you have named
come in a leap year.
Suta Gosvami said, "There are twelve months in a year, and two
Ekadasis in each month. Thus there are twenty-four Ekadasis in one
full year, and in leap-year there are two extra Ekadasis. 0 great
sages, please listen attentively as I declare to you .
" O sages, one who hears about these Ekadasis will learn how to observe
them properly. Each Ekadasi bestows particular benefits on the faithful
observer. One who is physically unable to fast on Ekadasi may read the
glories of each Ekadasi when it occurs and recite all the names of the
Ekadasis; thus he will achieve the same goal as the person who
observes the full Ekadasi vow." _________________ Vasant Punjabi.

Jai Shri Krishna,
Also one more thing this was stated earlier under Putrada Ekadashi that Vaikuntha Ekadashi may fall under any of the yearly ekadashis as per the tippani.
Vaikuntha Ekadasi is not any specific Ekadasi but celebrated on a day
which corresponds to the morning time of demigods in Heavanly planet.
But since that Lord's wake-up day falls on a particular Ekadhashi day, it is called vaikuntha Ekadhashi.
This Ekadasi may fall on any Ekadasi day, most of the time on Moksada
Ekadasi day but this time, it was on Putrada Ekadashi day. _________________ Vasant Punjabi.
